As an American, I don't have the same mental relationship with the monarchy as those who live in the Commonwealth, however as a human I am saddened for those who lost their mother, grandmother, aunt. This does however, give the world a chance to see a coronation in England for the first time in 70 years. The Queen is dead, long live the King.

Was listening to my radio and the news station announced that Queen Elizabeth II has passed on to Heaven. That is a very sad piece of news, but I hope that God by what ever name you may call him or her will give those members of this group peace and comfort as they deal with this.
I know she is now in a good place in heaven. I hope her family will be given comfort by God and peace in know that she is safe with him.
