Both by Burnable, first one is MCU but they collect harry's friends before they die and put them in stasis. second one is stargate universe, there is also a crossover of the crossovers where the two harry's meet.?

I don't remember much, except that Harry was swooping in and grabbing people moments before their deaths to build up his own forces without revealing himself.
