I am starting to wonder about your outlook settings, here is why.
On Monday, I sent the file again, but this time I included my gmail address in the cc field so that if there was an error I would get it..in case it was not getting through for some reason.
That email reached me, so ought to have reached you as well.
I imagine you have both checked your spam folder, and added this email to your contacts list?
I am truly wanting to get it to you, sent it the first time on 4 November, so need more details to help.
If you wrote me off list since you asked last, that did not reach me, which is why I am also wondering about outlook.
