Stupid question.? Havent been on io but a couple f times.? Usually just reply to msgs.? Where is the files library icon?? I am not seeing it but I could be just stupid!

I tried to get on FanficAuthors.net to reread Sunset over Britian.? The site will note come up.? Time out or connection fail is the all that comes up.? Hubby tried to just bring up the site, no writer page.? Same thing!? Now I wish I had downloaded.
