In Dumbledore's Army, you updated once every 1.5 days. Now you

updating every 3.5 days. Any reason for the 233% slowdown?
I'll take the time to answer this one only because it's probably
important that people understand how we write our stories.

I (Bob) usually write the bulk of the chapter with Alyx
occasionally
contributing scenes. Then I pass the chapter to her for editing,
proofing and polishing.

Sunset has a much more complex plot that either Dumbledore's Army
or
Spiritus Crystalus. In both of those fictions a chapter was roughly
the equivalent of a month's time frame.

In Sunset, we have already had several chapters were the total time
covered was barely a few days. In one chapter, it covered just the
first day at Hogwarts.

Such a complex storyline, and one designed to get more complex as
it
progresses, is not always easy to write. Even after a chapter is
complete I have to go back and check it against my plotline to make
sure I've included all the needed steps.

So please, if we've gone from published every other day to putting
out
one or two files a week. Forgive us. :)

Thanks. That explains it.
