UNIVERSITY OF CALGARY, DEPARTMENT OF ARCHAEOLOGY invites applications
for a tenure-track position in Arctic archaeology to begin July 1,
2001. The position will be at the Assistant/junior Associate Professor
rank. The successful candidate will be expected to have an active
research program and a record of significant publications. Teaching
experience in Arctic archaeology and ethnography is required. In
addition expertise in an area such as computer applications, GIS, remote
sensing, etc. is desirable.
