Resi Solutions is seeking multiple field technicians to support projects in southeastern New Mexico. Wage for the minimum qualifications will be $25/hr, but we are willing to discuss higher wages for additional experience or skills. The need is immediate. The work will be primarily survey. Overtime will be paid on a weekly basis if hours exceed 40.

Minimum Requirements:

• B.A. in Anthropology, History, or related field (field experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree)

• Demonstrated field skills (site recording, mapping, shovel testing, artifact collection, excavation, etc.)

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in adverse environmental conditions (e.g., rugged terrain, remote locations, hot and cold temperatures).

• Must be willing to explore new tools and methods, and be open to learning non-standard technology.

• Good organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Desirable qualifications, not required:

• Experience with open source GIS software and geodatabases - QGIS, Mergin Maps, etc.
