Position Archaeological field technicians for Phase I surveys near Atlanta, Montgomery, and orlando Project Description and Schedule UES is hiring multiple field technicians to help conduct Phase I Archaeological Surveys across Alabama, Georgia, and Florida. We have project-specific work opportunities that will develop into career-trajectory placement for the right person. Join our growing team of fun, supportive, and forward-thinking cultural resource professionals! This work will begin October 30 and potentially continue through the end of November. Compensation The hourly wage for this project will be between $23 and $27, commensurate with experience and attitude. UES’ preference is for a field tech local to the Southeast but will consider applications from non-local techs. For non-local techs, UES will pay for drive time to and from provided accommodation near the project area, along with $60 per diem and will provide daily transport to and from the site. Non-local field techs will be responsible for arranging their travel to and from the project area at the beginning and end of the field session. This opportunity is fast approaching so apply today!
