Salary and Benefits Package:
Starting salary range:
Project Archaeologist:? $60,000¨C$70,000/year, dependent upon qualifications
Senior Project Archaeologist:? $70,000¨C$80,000/year, dependent upon qualifications

Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Principal Investigator and Senior Staff with planning archaeological field projects, including monitoring surveys, subsurface surveys, evaluations, and data recovery projects.
Oversee fieldwork for Phase I, II, and III investigations, as well as laboratory artifact cataloging, preserving, and analyzing materials recovered during investigations.
Manage several field crews simultaneously.
Conduct pre-field research, contribute to technical reports, complete site forms, and small reports.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, policies, and procedures.

Experience Required:
M.A./M.S. degree in Anthropology, Archaeology, or related field.
Must meet the Secretary of Interior¡¯s professional qualifications standards for archaeology and be an RPA or be eligible to become an RPA.
Must possess a valid driver¡¯s license and maintain an insurable driving record.
Project Archaeologist: Experience in CRM
Senior Project Archaeologist: At least three years of field supervisory experience in CRM.
