Resi Solutions is seeking?an?experienced project archaeologist to support and manage projects primarily in New Mexico and west Texas and to play a leadership?role in a growing?cultural resources practice.?Salary for the minimum qualifications will be $75k, but we are willing to consider higher pay for additional experience or skills.?This is a permanent position with significant?growth potential?in a rapidly expanding and technology-forward environmental consulting firm. Work will be primarily office-based, but occasional fieldwork?may be required.?The need is immediate. Applicants in New Mexico are preferred, but the position is fully remote.?
Minimum Requirements:
Demonstrated?ability to manage cultural resource projects in New Mexico
Demonstrated?ability to prepare archaeological reports for New Mexico and Texas agencies (BLM, SLO, THC, etc)
A minimum of five years of relevant professional experience
Ability to conduct fieldwork independently and lead small teams of technicians.
Ability to be effective in a fully remote work environment
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Willingness to explore new tools and methods, openness to learning novel technologies
Desired qualifications, not required:
Graduate degree in a relevant discipline, meet Secretary of Interior's standards
Ability to be listed on permits as Principal Investigator and/or?Supervisory Archaeologist
Record of sales or business development?success
GIS experience
