Calendar + Updates 3
Hi Sacred Sisters! Gretchen and I have been working on our SSR calendar. First, as requested, here are the dates of our weekends for the next 2 years. The pattern is the last full weekend in April and the last full weekend in September: April 25 - 28, 2025 Sept 26 - 29, 2025 April 24 - 27, 2026 Sept 25 - 28, 2026 Save the dates! :) We're staying with our current flow: the official weekend starts Friday night and ends with closing circle on Sunday late afternoon. Sunday night lodging is included and optional. Now for a facilitator schedule update: There were a few hiccups in scheduling with Emily and Katie C. Really, it's probably that Goddess had a different ideal plan in mind for us. Right?? The stars are coming into alignment and we are trusting the timing. Here is the new plan: April 2025 - Emily Sept 2025 - Katie C April 2026 - Katie C Sept 2026 - Emily Facilitators will be with us for a full day on Saturday and a partial day on Sunday. And, here is a note from Emily: "I will send an email to send to the sisters closer to the date, but know the field begins to move as soon as you book a constellation - so NOW - it would be good for sisters to set intentions for what they wish to receive support around or manifest individually and collectively. I personally find directing the field of ancestral energy towards intentional movement is always helpful. I really look forward to seeing you all again soon! Warmly, Emily" We'll be in touch soon with next steps in working out the finances. Love,Meggie and Gretchen

Prayer Request AND Emily Blefeld 2025 :) 4
Hello Sisters, Please send my nephews Joe, Seamus, John and niece Morgan prayers of loving support as they move through the loss of their Dad. And my sister Maryann, who has been with her husband since she was a young woman, it was a really challenging relationship. May she find strength, courage and support on all levels. May Mark find his way home and be greeted on the other side. And because life is a continuous flow of the really hard moments and thank the goddess that GOOD NEWS is just around the corner. I am happy to say that Emily Blefeld said YES to Facilitating both our weekends in 2025! She was touched to hear that we are wanting more of the Constellation work. She wanted me to send you this training and certification that is coming up soon in case you are hearing the call. Also, we are offering the Alchemical Constellations Training and Facilitator Certification starting on November 7, 2024. I wonder if any of the sisters might be interested in talking with me about taking a deep dive into the heart of systemic alchemy. It's designed for individuals ready to untie the tangled threads of past generational sorrows, free themselves to live into the possibilities of spontaneous creation, and expand their lives, healing practice, and work with constellations. If so, I would be glad to meet with you or them for a consult where we would tune-in to what's moving in the thresholds of their life at this time, explore the resonance of the training, and discuss next steps. Here's the link to book a free discovery call: https://community.seeingwithyourheart.com/2024-2025-act-application. I do have scholarships available for Priestess Path Sisterhood should that be needed among the circle. With appreciation and excitement for weaving in consciousness with your sisterhood again, Emily Love TO ALL, Noreen -- Noreen Cerqua Licensed Massage Therapist - LMT Mayan Abdominal Practitioner (508) 397-8287 WombCare@... http://www.CerquaMassage.com/

Reimbursing Meggie for wood 7
Hi Women I had a thought at one point and forgot to mention... Do we pay Meggie for the wood she brings as part of our materials for the weekend. If not, I'd like to request that we do. In my mind it is something beyond what the rest of us are bringing. Thanks, Paige

my travel 4
Hello Sisters, Sooooo… you might know there’s a hurricane happening in the Gulf, and it’s impacting lots of the SE states… and might impact my flights. I leave Boise tonight at 1130p and land in Atlanta tomorrow morning around 7a… and then on to BOS to arrive around 10a. Just asking for good thoughts and prayers that I do not get stuck in Atlanta (or anywhere). I’ve let the other car women know via text, so they’ll have the latest on my status. sharing some thoughts...! 4
Hi Sisters, Oh my! This brain of mine is whirring in a good, creative, visioning, curious, exploring kind of way. Here are some thoughts emerging: Because heart and mind dance and weave together in so many ways, I wanted to share some thoughts I’ve had about the proposal of Katie C coming in to facilitate 4 weekends for us (2 years). First, I’m feeling drawn to offering to be the logistical coordinator/So-Fo from our end for the next year. I’m still sitting with the idea… and the yes is starting to hum. This role would include keeping the SSR wheel turning smoothly including: - Booking lodging - Emails to group about the upcoming weekend, etc. - Organizing food and leadership roles - Facilitating opening and closing circle and flow on the weekends - Organizing a zoom check-in between weekends - Communication with Katie C (If someone else is interested in this role, let me/us know!) I also find it helpful to look at what the numbers of the cost per weekend might potentially be. This is what I’m seeing: $1300 for lodging $1000 for Katie C $25 for membership fee $2325 per weekend total If 10 women: $233 per person per weekend If 8 women: $291 per person per weekend If 6 women: $388 per person per weekend Note #1: We could experiment with sliding scale and see how much women are willing to contribute to offset costs for sisters who need support. Note #2: Not sure if there will be material costs? We also have a materials fund we could use for this… Note #3: The idea was mentioned to have the local women pay for a rental car for the airport women. This would be in addition to the above weekend fees listed. Note #4: Where would Katie C sleep? And would that impact our finances at all? Note #5: I think it would lovely to have the option available to stay as members and pay the $25 per weekend and not participate in the Katie C program. These women would still be on the email list and still be welcome on zoom check-ins (the ones not pertaining to the Katie C stuff anyway). I personally would want people to sign up with the commitment of attending an official 2 year program. In order to have a clear budget, I imagine women would agree to pay for each weekend even if they couldn’t come for some reason. And, while I’m sharing my personal musings, I’m going to just keep on flowing with it. Honestly, I’m not drawn to the work of Clarissa Pinkole Estes. I’d love to do breathwork. I also know Katie C calls herself “an emotional baggage handler” and would be very interested in seeing if she could design ritual for exploring sacred rage as well as a grief ceremony. I’d also be curious to hear if she has any energy clearing or healing tools or brain/body integration techniques that she could teach. Last, I can feel myself growing into a new way of being with SSR. I want you all to stay! So much so! And, I know we are in transition and feel really sad that perhaps some may find it time to go. Rather than chase or convince or grasp tightly, I’m in a place of gently and solidly holding space with a big heart for each sister to choose what is right for her. I respect that we each have our life journey with different chapters and that you know what is best for you at this time. We’re stepping into our more crone-y years and that may have a different flavor and look. I believe we can do this in a good way with so much deep love for one another as we emerge and evolve into whatever adventure is next. Phew! That a glimpse into this mind of mine. :) Safe travels and I'm happy to get you see many of you so soon! Love you all, Meggie

weekend information 3
Hello sisters, We will be gathering in 2 weeks! YAY! Meggie found the update to our agreements regarding the membership fee and this is what it states: It is a Biannual payment of $25. Participants pay membership reguardless of weekend attendance. Membership provided before or at the weekend. Membership allocation $20 toward lodging and $5 toward materials fund. I want to explain with full transparency how the $160 per sister coming still works including the membership fee. There are 10 of us joining and 3 of us not. The 3 sisters not coming will be paying $75 that divided by 5 (materials contribution) = 15. There is only 13 of us so subtract 13=2. 2x$5= $10 I as the accountant I will give all 10 sisters one dollar at the weekend and $65 dollars will go into our materials Fund. I hope that is understandable. Please let me know if you have any issues with that math or situation. If you paid me the membership fee already on top of the $160 I will refund you. With that said Marsia, Suzanne and Noreen will not be joining us— Would any of you like to join us via zoom for opening and closing circle? Gretchen has offered to navigate that for us. Please let us know. Our opening circle will be at 7pm on Friday evening. Saturday- Stephanie will be joining us in the morning and leaving in the evening on Saturday, exact timing not yet known. Saturday evening connection time-- Singing songs and sharing stories by the fire or in the temple is what I am envisioning. Bring some songs and stories to share. Drums and rattles too. Being with each other amongst the question of our why for gathering and holding each other within that. Sunday- Morning : Lets get the creative juices flowing for our meeting and express our why through color, collage, words. Bring some art supplies for yourself or to share. Does anyone have a speaker they could bring for music? perhaps a little dancing will be taking place too. Mid-day/Afternoon: What are we choosing for the future weekends with our group? Different people signing up for roles. Bring forth your ideas of what works and why. in prep for some business stuff 4
Hello Sisters, I’m sure there’s other stuff to talk about, but in the spirit of prepping for my proposal to have an outside facilitator come in –(and having named Katie Chiaravolloti), it occurred to me that it might be helpful to share what she sent to me as possibilities so there’s time to consider before discussion. We also talked about pricing, and that info is below. FROM KATIE: First, most importantly, I am extremely interested in what the women would like to see happen. I could meet with the group via zoom in November. What kind of offerings are they interested in? What energies or visions feel important to them if someone were to come in and facilitate? In the meantime, here are some possibilities that I can offer: I have studied extensively with Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estés-Réyes author of Women Who Run With the Wolves and am open to teaching how to lay their lives down next to a story; working in the deeper unconscious. This may entail using a myth or a tale over a weekend to incorporate different aspects of the unconscious mind. Storytelling or even having them read it ahead of time and then journal prompts and discussion about how the myth is working in life. This is often a rich and unearthing practice. This would include dream work, looking at core wounds, tools for blessing and releasing burdens, active imagination, light trance all held in a ceremonial circle. I also have experience with BodySoulRhythms work (Marion Woodman), though not formal training there. Her work incorporates the dance of the unconscious with expressive arts, movement, story/myth and dream work. We can work with signs and symbols on the collective unconscious realms and thread it back to everyday life. I often teach about dream work, evoking the dream maker and then how to do basic dream analysis. I also offer: Firewalk Transformational Breathwork Self-reflexology Body blessing rituals. I would be curious about you and me doing some kind of work with group dynamics and how the Shadow Types show up. Our pricing conversation: For the timing of mid-morning Saturday until 2p-ish on Sunday. TOTAL: $2k per year This was based on the estimate of $360 for gas (at $ .56/mile) to drive to us And a “mad price” of $700 for the facilitation of the weekend. If supplies are needed, she would let us know what those are with estimates and provide receipts (or we could bring the supplies) That’s what I’ve got for the conversation. See you all soon!
