?We will be gathering in 2 weeks! YAY!
Meggie found the update to our agreements regarding the membership fee and this is what it states:?
It is a Biannual payment of $25.? Participants pay membership reguardless of weekend attendance.? Membership provided before or at the weekend.? Membership allocation $20 toward lodging and $5 toward materials fund.?
?I want to explain with full transparency how the $160 per sister coming still works including the?membership?fee.?There are 10 of us joining and 3 of us not. The 3 sisters not coming will be paying $75 that divided by 5 (materials contribution) = 15. There is only 13 of us so subtract 13=2. 2x$5= $10 I as the accountant I will give all 10 sisters one dollar at the weekend and $65 dollars will go into our materials Fund.?
I hope that is understandable. Please let me know if you have any issues with that math or situation. If you paid me the membership fee already on top of the $160 I will refund you.?
With that said Marsia, Suzanne and Noreen will not be joining us¡ª Would any of you like to join us via zoom for opening and closing circle? Gretchen has offered to navigate that for us. Please let us know.?
Our opening circle will be at 7pm on Friday evening.?
Saturday- Stephanie will be joining us in the morning and leaving in the evening on Saturday, exact timing not yet known. Saturday evening connection time-- Singing songs and sharing stories by the fire or in the temple is what I am envisioning. Bring some songs and stories to share. Drums and rattles too. Being with each other amongst the question of our why for gathering and holding each other within that.?
Sunday- Morning : Lets get the creative juices flowing for our meeting and express our why through color, collage, words. Bring some art supplies for yourself or to share. Does anyone have a speaker they could ?bring for music? perhaps a little dancing will be taking place too. ?
Mid-day/Afternoon: What are we choosing for the future weekends with our group? Different people signing up for roles. Bring forth your ideas of what works and why.

Thank you for sharing your scary thoughts with us. I am so sorry to hear that you and Wren are struggling. I had no income over the summer and Matt continues to struggle with employment too. So I can only imagine how hard it is and all it can bring up.
I really appreciate your desire to offer your herbs as a way to pay for your weekend. I really hope that something comes together so you can attend. I also heard Meggie's thought on maybe offering massage during the weekend and that you don't have a massage chair. Is that something you would want to offer? I know some therapists stop doing it because of the physical demands so not sure if that is any part of it for you.
Bottom line, I'd so love you to be there and I will help in any way I can.

Hi Abigail,? Yes, I do have echinacea tincture, fire cider, sore throat spray and caugh syrup made. I didn¡¯t share a list because I wanted to honor sisters autonomy and not feeling pushed. Women who have been interested have reached out privately.
