The doodle poll results for the April weekend are in.? We have:
- five for in-person
- five for all virtual
- two of those said virtual but ¡°might be in-person, but depends on covid as the time gets closer¡±
- April is a few months away, but it¡¯s close enough that it¡¯s best for us to secure lodging and reasonably priced airfare.? (I think this is part of why we have the 90-day
RSVP.)? So, for planning purposes, we are not including those two in the yes for in-person category.?
- three responded they will attend virtual as they¡¯re able
- one responded with ¡°it¡¯s possible I could pop-in on Saturday¡±
- two didn¡¯t respond at all

Because there are five definite in-person women (IPW), Suzanne and I have been in contact with the Location Coordinator, Noreen.? Katie made the request for the gathering
place to be outside of New England.? Because only one of the five IPW are in New England, we are proposing for the IPW to meet in Tennessee.? Katie has opened to those five IPW meeting at her place.

AND- because the current SSR Agreements say:
Weekend Location
