(I-90) west to exit 11A to merge onto I-495 toward Marlborough,
NH-Maine, Take exit 25B to merge onto I -290 toward Worcester, take exit
22 onto Main Street toward Worcester, right onto Holden Street at
light, Holden street turns left at entrance to high school (do not go up
the hill). Continue to Sewall Street and turn right (approx. .6 miles).
Sewell Drive will be on your left .3 miles.? Take the left fork of the
gravel road thru the white fenced opening.? The house is at the end of

There is a lock box containing
the keys on the back side of the front column for the deck. There are
two keys, one for dead bolt and one for door knob. The lower door
requires the dead bolt key. Please make sure you return the keys to the
security box on your departure
