Re: Yuba City Industries Circa 1957
I'm attaching the pdfs of the requested sheets. I can upload screenshots if you can't use these files. I hope they are helpful! I didn't have time this morning to rename the maps.

Re: Yuba City Industries Circa 1957
George and Friends,
In looking at the updated index for 1934/1945, these map sheets might be
the most useful. The various industries listed under "Specials" would be
shown on sheets 8-15. At least

My apologies for posting the exact same pages of the circular. But I do have access to the 1927 Sanborn Maps. I'm attaching the Key Index Sheet from 1927 and the 1934 sheet with updates. I am happy to

Re: Yuba City Industries Circa 1957
Richard,
Thanks for the tip. A 1945 map would be great, but unfortunately I couldn't
get this site to load completely. I got the surrounds, but only a big gray
box in the center of the screen.

Re: Yuba City Industries Circa 1957
Justin,
Ah, the problem with an AAA map is that it isn't going to show the
industries the SN served, and depending on scale, only a single track line
and junctions without spurs or sidings. If you

My father collected AAA maps that showed all the right of ways I think
until 1978 when they quit showing all railroads on the maps. AAA may still
have outdated maps but otherwise I can see if can find

Re: Trolley service date early 1970¡¯s Marysville
Justin,
The last day of electric operation between Marysville and Yuba City was 10
April 1965. That was an excursion led by 654 pulling caboose 1636 and a
sister car filled with railfans.
