Your only problem then is to find a sufficiently flat enough surface
on the outside hull above the keel to be able to mount the flange,
before you drill the hole. Scary thought.

Okay, I'm aboard. Now how about a drain for the
bilge. I know some of
you have done this. I'm thinking it should go on
the vertical wall of
the bilge as far down by the top of the keel
(bottom of the bilge
where the bolts come out) as it will go. Any
suggestions?
