This message is about the excellent customer support by the great folks at Kits4Hams.?
?
A while back I ordered a SHARI-Pi and there was a problem with the delivery/order.? I advised Kits4Hams and Deb got right back to me.
?
After some detective work we understood the problem.? Deb and the owners at Kits4Hams went above and beyond in their response and I am very happy to recommend them for their great support.
?
I have been a licensed ham since 1956 and hav had a lot of interaction with makers and Kits4Hams is as good as it gets.
?

I can only endorse what Larry has said re Kits4Hams customer service.
I have had three or more shipments of Allstar kits past two or three years and have never had an issue with the order, shipping or the equipment.

I have ordered 8 kits over the years.? Every order was perfect and all kits built perfect from the parts supplied. ?100% happy customer.

I haven't needed any support, but the kit came quickly,
the instructions were clear, and my SHARI node has
been working flawlessly. It worked the first time I
powered the kit on after assembly.

I agree too!? As a beginner kit builder, I managed to mess up a solder.? They stood behind their kit (even with my poor workmanship) and fixed the issue.? The kit had good instructions and was easy to follow -- the pictures really helped me.? Thank-you Kit4Hams.? Excellent kit and customer service.
