Sorry I didn't see the comment that you tried SUDO. It appears it does not see USB0, are you sure both USB connectors are plugged in and seat properly? Did you soldier them yourself? maybe a once over

Try setting Menu item (DTMFST) 16 to OFF.? The problem I had came from the feedback loop of the audible tones being picked up by the hot mic.? Simply muting the tones with this setting fixed it.?
