Re: SAE Parts:

sstinc:"First sstinc:Last"

Dear Bob,
The diode is an original Fairchild FDH400, that is, a planar diode with 400Volts PIV and 100ma. of current. The SAE107 and the SAE208 are no longer being made (not for about 15 years). They were original Motorola parts. The nearest equivilent today would be
the Toshiba 2SA1837(PNP) and the 2SC4793(NPN) and they are available from Solid State Sales in N.J. and Mouser. The other two devices I'm not familiar with at least from those numbers because SAE changed their numbering system after I left. You could call ATI
and ask them what the original JEDEC numbers were.

Can anyone tell me the Generic part number or its description for the following SAE parts: Diode 11-0091,UG2101; Transistor 11-0066B, SAE 107; Transistor 11-0072B, SAE 208. I am also looking for a 100K Balance Control For an SAE 4000 electronic crossover.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
