Dear James,
Most early solid state equipment, as a class,
seems to be viewed with much disdain by current
audiophiles.
If early solid state is as bad as many audiophiles
state, what do you think were the problems with
early solid state and what did the designers miss?
Was it a design problem? Problems with the devices?
Or Both?
