There are several legitimate electronics suppliers online.Like Digikey,Mouser,Arrow and others.I checked Avnet Express and they show the MJE15032G and MJE15033G for .66 and .98 each.Cheaper than Bdent but? I didn't check shipping costs for each.

My comment below was in regards to an email where someone asked if those two transistors would work as a sub which I said yes as I have them subbed in a SAE A501. I don¡¯t believe they used a MT-200 in the 2600 amp but for the T066 drivers / pre-drivers you could use the MJE15032G & MJE15033G with a little work. I just did it on a 2600 but haven¡¯t finished it yet.
