The P10 has 2 pots per channel;
There are L/R Pots for DC Adjust
and L/R Pots for BIAS Adjust.
The DC Adjust pots, to my understanding dial in the DC offset at the Speaker output.
With no input or speakers connected, I was able to get less than 6mv/channel.
I have not touched the BIAS Pots since I have no service adjustment information. I do have schematics for the P10 however.
Not sure if the attached picture will post. If it does, you can see the pots on board.

Subject: [SAE_Talk] Re: SAE TWO P10 Offset and Bias adjustements
I've worked on a few of those and it's relatives, IIRC the DC offset is pretty much controlled by the STK module. I gave up on the last TWO receiver because of that STK module. As for the bias/ idle current I just use the standard SAE method, 1 Watt into 8 Ohms, 20KHz, adjust to .03-.04 THD. Are there twp pots per channel or just one?
