I ran track day in an S1 with Koni's on R spec Yokohama's in 205/60 front, 225/60 rear on the Wolfrace wheels, found it altogether neutral through a fast sweeper. Chased mountain road twisties in another S1 on Spax, Yoko AVS 205/50-16 F, 245/50-16 R, and it too handled nicely. There are conditions in which any mid-engined car will plow, notably hard slow corners, but that comes with the territory. So if autocross is your target then perhaps even sizes F/R, otherwise I think mildy rear biased.
