I¡¯ve got a replacement bumper because I believe they were vinyl covered? Originally. So did the vinyl have texture, so that I would texture the replacement ABS shell that I¡¯m using?. And then for the plinth which is the back up, angled piece that supports the bumper to the car, it looks like that should not have texture, and just be like a matte black?
