Here is something you really NEED -- not merely "want".??
Not on every day does a staging yard come up for sale.

As the photo shows, this is a modular portable staging yard with these specs:

2' wide for most of the length (extends straight away beyond the left side of the photo).
20' long overall length.
90 degree bend at one end (yard throat, see photo).
4 sections --? each 5' long.
7 S scale tracks for most of the length (except for throat as shown).
Elevation is chest high.
Elevation can be modified by removing from or adding to the wood legs.
Hollow doors with Homosote laminated onto them.? Throat area is plywood with Homosote.
S scale track could be replaced with N, HO, O or Lionel track.? (soak water-based glue)
Jumper cables included (section-to-section electrical connections)
Door hinges and pins included (section-to-section mechanical connections)
SwitchMaster motors included (5).
One yard departure signal included.
