His customer service is refreshing in regard to timely return phone calls, taking time to answer questions and just an over all great experience.? His professionalism is a credit to this hobby.?

That's good to hear, as in my early years I found it difficult to find a custom supplier at any price!? Also at that time RTR wasn't an option.
