Ticket for Monchengladbach 'stehplatz' without discount

I bought my 2 ordinary ‘PK2 stehplatz’ tickets for the Monchengladbach Sparkassenpark stadion on the 4^th of July (!), and it went well, but without discount. Does anybody know what is the use of the budget code? Is it only meant for the pre-sale possibility? I’m a little disappointed as a long time member of the Neil Young Archives….. ? Regards, Fons.

It's just a "presale" code, not a discount code. The tickets won't be on sale to the general public until Thursday, is my understanding.? JC?
