Honey Slides 2024

The track listing for Honeyslides 2024 on the Aquarium Drunkard website omits 'Pushed It Over The End' which comes betwee 'Mellow My Mind' and 'Walk On'. No matter, nothing is perfect as Neil once sang. I recorded it earlier and am just in the process of EQ'ing the different volumes (where appropritae IMO) and turning it into FLAC files. Yours when it's done ! Ron

FLAC 'remaster' of Honeyslides 2024 is almost done, just want to listen to it again before sharing so give me a couple of days. Arthur, when the first of the four Honeyslides shows was broadcast, you made a nice artwork cover from the picture of Neil they have on the AD website and I have that one on my iPod. Just wondering if you did any for the two that followed and maybe this latest one ? Ron

Well it didn't need the couple of days......It's quite a while since I last did one of these Neil 'remasters' but what an enjoyable set to work on.? Sounds great to my ears and there's even a cover for your iPod. 13 FLAC files and the cover....enjoy! Ron

I have dropped a note to the AD website to tell them it's missing so they may correct it I guess? I guess somewhere I still have the FLACs of the very first one. I'll have a look tomorrow. Is there anymore track info on Honey Slides 2-3-4. I think there was a bit of discussion on Vol 1 as to what each tracks origins were. It doesnt matter a lot for me but I know some like all the information. I think Robert Broadfoot for original compilation.

What I’ve shared on Rust was done by recording each episode directly from the stream using Audacity and then doing a little editing and volume EQ on the resulting WAV file using Magix AudioClean. The output was then burned to a CD-RW and converted to individual FLAC files.
