If I'm not mistaken, that's Micah "Particle Kid" Nelson. I've seen this before but don't remember where or when.
Here's a shot of mine from May 9th, 2025, in Franklin, TN. Crazy Horse fkn rocked! Micah's not wearing plaid in any of my photos from Farm Aid or the Port Chester shows.
