I was thinking about all the cool stuff on the various archives discs, and was wondering if any of you have certain discs that you especially love, or made a homemade comp of favorite songs?

For me, I especially love the "Dume" disc from Archives 2. It's like an alternate version of Zuma. "The Old Homestead" disc is also very special, because I love hearing Pardon My Heart and Through My Sails surrounded by different songs than usual (I'm used to them from the Zuma album).

I also love the first 3 discs from Archives 1. Nice to hear early Neil stuff, different versions than usual of songs from the Buffalo Springfield, his first solo album and Deja Vu.

Looking at the tracks on the forthcoming Archives 3, seeing a different version of Lost In Space looks especially cool. Live versions of particular favorites The Losing End and Cowgirl. The disc 4 with Neil, Linda and Nicolette will be really cool too. And the one with just Nicolette and Neil, Devo, Neil live with Crazy Horse on various tours. Trans and Johnny's Island. Very nice indeed.
