I think Amazon UK are selling the cd set. No video content but you can make one of those flick books with photos in the booklet to simulate the effect.
Surely Neil wouldn't forget his impoverished UK fans. who are blu ray phobes and still pining for vinyl as the preferred hi fidelity medium?
