I had the 230 Stick but git the Pro later to handle 70cm. Here¡¯s what I¡¯d suggest. Use a PC to connect via usb cable supplied with the Stick. Just reflash the latest firmware from the RE website for that model. Their software for doing this works via the Internet very smoothly. Yiu should be able to change the settings page to the correct Region and so forth.
See if this helps you get the BT connection to your Android device again.
