Pyserial may get you there otherwise need to source a driver or modify a driver (they likely all similar)?

But i'm also have a couple of 144/430 antennas, which is also can be? measured in this way - but upper level of AA30Zero is only? 30 mHz - it so small. I? have a AA-230 Zoom, but this Zoom does not have? serial interface like Zero, it waz Human Interface Device ( SMDH ) , and i faced with dificcultes to reading and writing to this Zoom230.
A question - does anyone hase a expirience to programming ( or even reading data )? AA230Zoom,or any othes HID device from Rigexpert with any kind of appropriate? Python library ? ( PyUSB , Python HID library, i dont know )
