Dave hi I just looked all over for the torrent link to your pi image and it seems to be gone.?? Did you pull it ?? all links seems dead. IF I get one torrent link to download it from I can leave it running on my Synology box to serve out to the rest of the ham community.? I have unlimited internet and 500kbps symmetrical speeds.

The successor to the "W3DJS Raspberry Pi for Ham Radio Image v2.0" is "HamPi 1.0" which has an expected release of next weekend -- one week before Field Day. HamPi is compressed using "XZ" and the compression process by itself takes 45 minutes, but results with a 3GB compressed image file. Fortunately, decompressing it is a fraction of the time to compress. ? -- - Dave ??

I have just made the 32Gb card, using Win32DiskImager under windows 7 and works like a charm on RPi4 4Gb.
Before eject the card, I have added the empty ssh filetext at the root of the card to permit a ......ssh connexion ( :) ) at first boot
This is not necessary. Both W3DJS v2.0 image and HamPi image come with SSH Server enabled.
Thanks to the forum, I got the RPi ok on my home network ( I was confused with the hotspot dand did not understand why the dhcpcd.conf file was empty :) it is always the first file I edit when run a RPI card for the 1st boot. Maybe a readme file could be a good idea).
HamPi has removed the WiFi hotspot. It caused too much confusion. And I have added a README with the file download and also on the HamPi Desktop GUI.
I will install at first step : ( maybe some ideas for your future V3 ... ;) )

I needed to upgrade my HackRF one since it was in a drawer since years. :eek::eek:
I got some error about the compiler.( Cmake .. errors path etc.)
The solution is : apt install gcc-arm-none-eabi
after this install you can run the Cmake to obtain the firmware file .bin
I propose another pleasant app to get remotely infos about the system : WEBADMIN (sourceforge)
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo apt-get install perl libnet-ssleay-perl openssl libauthen-pam-perl libpam-runtime libio-pty-perl apt-show-versions python

The image I downloaded was 5.1G and it was a bz2 compressed tar of the image.? I think you may have the old link.? I will look for the one I used when I get home and to my PC later
