I am have a really difficult time with other programs, logging to be specific, and rig control using HamPi V2.1a.? flrig works fine, but the logging programs are buggy.? One issue maybe the version of hamlib.? The version is 4.1.? In version 4 they changed the rig model numbers.? Also flrig is a Alpha version.? ?
CQRLog I can get to work direct, but not through flrig, and if I go change the anything CQRlog puts the frequency in the mode field which hoses up the whole thing.? I can't get grig or xlog working either. I don't know enough about this stuff to know if it is a simple rebuild that would pick up the new Hamblib or how it works - I don't know if they are linked in or called or those programs are just out of date (except flrig).
Any direction on what I am doing wrong - or my expectations are too high ;-) - but I need a little direction.?
