The valley enterprises cables are solid products. I have them for icom, Kenwood, and yaesu radios. Not used ( yet) with an RPi, but never a hiccup with them and satpc32, fldigi, dxcommander, wsjt. 73

If you are going to give a mean answer...why answer at all. I am pretty sure all of those radios have available serial cables to CAT. From there you use a USB to serial adapter...I use a generic one
