I had a look at what the ports were doing, and when I had an
RMS Exress / Ardop session going, ports 8200 & 8201 were in
LISTENING mode, which is what they suppose to be doing it seems
...
?
Then I opened an RMS Express / VARA session and the VARA
ports 8300 &? 8301 were not showing, so that seems to be the
issue -- the ports that VARA tries to use do not open.
