I know I am jumping in late here, but the AX.25 stuff mostly
works on kernel version 4.19, and does ok on 5.15 with some
patches.? Version 6 just seems to explode.? I am running my
linux/AX.25 on an old version of Slackware (13.37) that runs
kernel version 2.6, and it is running perfectly for all the stuff
I am using.? It is kind of sad that this has been neglected for
that long.

First to get an install of ax25 that doesn't crash while I work on
doing a custom kernel on Bookworm.
The kernel.org links seem to indicate this is a problem for ax25
on all linux platforms, not just the Pi.? Is that correct?
