I'm curious where that information is and what model you are looking at.
They have a number of different models. The "Official RPi5 Power Supply" is rated for 27W to adequately run the computer. The CoolGear units smallest rated unit says 60W with other versions providing up to 140W. This is according to the User Manual.

Take a look at this one that provides 100W with 12-24V input (Model CG-PD100C):
