It should be installed by default (even on the Lite version).?
Regardless, I would recommend to stick with the version that comes
with the Raspberry Pi OS distribution:
?? sudo apt install python3
For modules, etc, I also recommend to try to stick with the OS
supported versions.? You can see what's available with:
?? apt-cache search python3
