Check the voltage with a voltmeter between the Raspberry Pi GPIO pins 2 (+5) and 6 (ground).

If you are interested in volts and current, buy a USB volt/ammeter and place it in-line with your RPi. Amazon sells many models for about $12.

Thanks for the help and information.?
I do not know how to check the voltage and amps on my USB cable.?
Right now I'm setting up following how Jason KM4ACK has his set up. I'm running headless with VNC Viewer and I have the $12 GPS dongle plugged into one of the 2.0 USB ports. I'm still running the same USB power cord and I have it plugged into a power distribution block. I also messed up my 128gb micro SD card so I'm using just a 32gb micro sd card. The low voltage warning is only seldom on. now but it may change once I add the soundcard to it.?
