My Pi-4 had the same problem. Solved with better USB cables by Anker, bought on Amazon (available many places).?

Subject: [RaspberryPi-4-HamRadio] RPI 4 Low Voltage Wrning
Hello everyone,
I have had my RPI 4 for a bit now. Actually, it is a 4GB RPI and right after I got it is when they came out with the 8GB grrr. I'm happy with the 4 GB though. One thing that i have had since I got this RPI4 in the top right corner is a lightning bolt with a low voltage warning. I was once told that it had to do with the power supply that I am using with the RPI. I have purchased new power supplies, I have tried many different things and this warning window always pops up. It does not seem to effect the performance but it gets annoying.?
Any suggestions would be great.?
Thank you
