Greetings...
I love my Pi's.
But here's a question about active-cooling cases for a Pi that's always on.
Nothing to do with ham radio, but I have a Pi4 (4gb) that I use as a PLEX server with 8tb hard drive. Works great! But due to the fact that it's a primary entertainment piece in the household, it's "always on." About 6 months ago I opted for the Argon One case due to the ergonomics and 'real computer' nuances it provided (power off at shut down, all ports in the back, on/off switch etc). Only thing is, the fan in it has just about bought the farm. Sooooooo, now I can either (a) try to replace just the fan, (b) buy another Argon One case...(and get another 6 months of life, I assume)... or (c) go with something else. Right now I've removed the Pi and put it in a dual-fan-always-on-heat-sink type case.?
I'm just curious what others are using for Pi4 systems that are "always on" and need good active cooling?
Thanks!
T.M.
