I have been playing around with my PiGate and have the same issues with the TNC. I did get mine in kit form from WVARC (etsy site) recently, and have been trying to figure out why the speed shows up as 25500 as well. After reading this thread and looking at the config files I see that the device is /dev/tyAMA0 and is aliased to tnc. When I disable the ax25 process and run "/usr/local/sbin/pitnc_getparams tnc 0" I get the follwoing output:

I have not re-flashed the teensy, this is supposed to have the R-Pi use case firmware. Is the node speed the only thing that might need changed?
