The trouble with these fans is that they are immediately both electrically and physically noisy, or soon become so.
I haven¡¯t found any of those I¡¯ve used to be ¡°silent.¡±
Has anyone found a fanned cooling system hat that isn¡¯t ¡°noisy?¡±?
