That is correct. As in every RG event, each code group on your TX List can only earn 2 TX points for you no matter how many times it is reported by other stations.

In your example, your maximum possible score would be 20 TX points (for your ten code groups) plus 20 RX points (1 point for each unique code group you copy from other stations). This assumes all code groups have been transmitted & copied correctly of course.
