Sunday was time for another Red Cross donation here in Torrance, CA. This was my115th donation in 45 years, and my 30th "Power Red" donation. I found out years ago my O+ blood is CMV-negative (an adult virus), so my blood can be given to babies and children who don't yet have the antibodies to fight CMV. I came home and watched the Bristol NASCAR race.?
