The TRA 931X is not a Hopper, the TRA 931XH is the Hopper

The one you show in the picture is a TRA 931P (Programmable version)

Mine also has the four BNC connectors on the front panel. The manual explains these. See also the picture below from a brochure, also in the files section.

Cosmetically it is a bit rough and dirty looking with some damage.

Upon power up I have 18 watts on 21.260 in the tune position. I have not tried any other band.
The frequency backlights all work with a Green color.
The audio noise is there but a bit low and there are louder crackle noises that do not change with changing the volume control.

When I input a signal from a service monitor on 21.260 AM, CW or SSB I do not hear anything.

Any thoughts ???
