Thanks. I found that I have the manual here.? The manual covers
both the A and B versions and has schematics.

The 4740 uses the same transceiver and control boards as the 4720.
It was 40 years ago when I worked on these but I'm pretty certain
there is no fuse.
I'm sure Jon will be along soon with a schematic for you?.
