Dear Tom,

Thanks for the advise on how the knobs are held onto the shaft.? I pry open the covering cap and found the nut holding on the knob.? But I cannot see how one can put a spanner over the nut to loosen them (4 in total?).? Hope you can please help me with some instructions.
